We grow soba from Nagatoro.

There is a buckwheat field near Tensho's scenic spot "Nagatoro". We borrowed idle farmland in town and began buckwheat cultivation.

Hand-made buckwheat noodles made by pulling the harvested buckwheat noodles with a stone mill are characterized by a texture of "mochi rice cake". I would like this taste of soba to be enjoyed by tourists.
